13 | On 05/31/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA was greeted by Netsanet Lessanework, Site Supervisor. LPA toured the CCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 62 children, being supervised, and cared for by 10 staff.
During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC unannounced on 04/12/2023 and 05/31/2023. During each of the unannounced visits, LPA Clayton conducted thorough inspections of the kitchen, children’s bathroom, and classrooms. On both occasions, LPA Clayton found the childcare center to be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in care.
Based on LPAs inspections and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Supervisor. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
