25 | On 10/10/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Risher conducted an Annual Inspection. LPA provided Licensee with the purpose of the visit and was granted access to the facility. LPA met with Secela Mckinney-Evans, Licensee. LPA toured the inside and outside of the property with the Licensee. LPA observed the home to be clean, safe, orderly and well ventilated. There were 3 children present with 1 assistant. The operating hours are 24 hours 7 days per week.
LPA observed the home to have a Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The Licensee utilizes the living room, dining room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and the bathroom as the day-care. The rest of the home is inaccessible to the children. The living room is used as the infants play area. The dining room is used for eating and some play/learning time. Bedroom 1 is used as a classroom. Bedroom 2 is used for napping. The isolation area is Bedroom 2. LPA observed age appropriate toys and equipment for the children. LPA observed a safety gate in the living room and dining room. LPA observed cots and playpens available for napping.
Licensee states that there are no weapons in the home. Licensee reports that there are no pets in the home.
The kitchen and bathroom areas were inspected for proper storage of chemicals, detergents, cleaning compounds, medications and sharp pointed objects. These items were made inaccessible to children. LPA observed electrical outlets with protective covers. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
LPA observed operable smoke detectors, fire alarm system and carbon monoxide detectors throughout the home which were tested during inspection. The home is equipped with 1 (2-A:10-B:C) Fire Extinguisher and
