On 6/2/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano arrived at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings. LPA was greeted by Director/Owner Danielle Williams who guided LPA on a tour. LPA observed and inspected all preschool classrooms. LPA observed 35 preschool children napping and 5 staff members providing care and supervision.

On 3/11/2026 LPA Laureano arrived at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of initiating a complaint investigation for the above-mentioned allegations. LPA was greeted by A. Brown who stated facility Director/Owner was not onsite due to a scheduled Staff Development Day. LPA inspected all preschool classrooms and did not observe any children in care. LPA requested the following, updated children’s roster and staff roster. Any documents not available for review, director/owner agrees to email LPA. Investigative interviews were initiated with director.

On 6/2/2026 LPA Laureano concluded all interviews.

Based on the investigation conducted by CDSS Investigator Padilla, forensic interview with Child 1( C1), LPA Laureno’s interviews of parents, staff and children, NO information was disclosed that staff did not accord child dignity in their relationship with staff or other persons and that staff handled child in a rough manner. There is not enough information to prove or disprove that facility violated children’s personal rights. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above allegations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided with a Notice of Site Visit to Director/Owner Danielle Williams.
