Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Meghan McGee conducted an unannounced inspection to Honeybee Bilingual Children’s Center on 11/17/2021 at 3:30PM for the purpose of concluding the investigation on the above allegations and to deliver the findings. LPA McGee met with Licensee, Sandra Valenzuela and together discussed the investigation details.
Based on the interviews conducted, statements obtained, and reviewing documentation during the investigation process no evidence was disclosed that the children’s personal rights were being violated. Staff interviewed discussed the discipline and supervision policy that is maintained at the facility during operating hours. The facility does utilize a daily diaper log which was observed during LPAs inspection.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview was conducted with the facility administrator. Appeal Rights were issued, and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
