On 08/26/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings of the above mentioned allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Lisa Perttula and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 32 children in care with 7 staff members.

On 6/14/2024 Licensing Program (LPA) Judy Laureano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of investigating the above-mentioned allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Deneise Williams and Lisa Petrtula discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 32 children in care and 4 staff providing care and supervision during the start of the inspection.

LPA requested and reviewed children’s roster, staff roster, parent handbook, classroom assignments for children and attendance sheets for the month of May and June 2024. LPA Laureano initiated interviews with staff and director.

On 08/26/2024 all interviews of relevant parties was completed by LPA Laureano.

Based on review of documents, interviews with director, staff, and parents, there is not enough information to prove or disprove facility is operating out of capacity. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is NOT a preponderance of evidence to prove that the above allegations did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is found to be unsubstantiated.
