25 | On 08/06/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton conducted a Case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection for a Capacity Increase. LPA Clayton met with Licensee Monica Greene. LPA Clayton observed 3 children in care being supervised and cared for appropriately by Licensee and her fingerprint cleared husband. Per Licensee the hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9am – 4:00pm, Friday 9am – 1pm. Licensee provides am snack, lunch and afternoon snack, milk and water.
Capacity as specified on the license is being maintained.
LPA Clayton toured the home inside and outside for a Health and Safety inspection. The home has working telephone and LPA Clayton confirmed the number is (310) 755-1581.
LPA Clayton confirmed that the single-family home consists of the following: living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fenced back yard, and fenced front yard and detached garage.
The ON LIMIT AREAS are as follows: living room, dining room (classroom), bedroom #3 (nap room), bathroom #2 and the fenced backyard. The ISOLATION AREA will be in the napping room.
The OFF-LIMIT AREAS are as follows: bedroom #1, bedroom #2, bathroom #1, kitchen, laundry room, detached garage all of which are inaccessible to children in care by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
Furniture and equipment are in good condition and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Licensee ensures that children in care are supervised at all times and is aware children shall not be left in parked vehicles. Car seats are used for transportation purposes only and are not used for sleeping children.
