According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation they have never observed poisons, chemicals, or other substances that can endanger a child on the premises.
According to Staff (1) Staff (2) there are no drugs or drug paraphernalia on the premises.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee cares for day care children while intoxicated.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), on occasion, licensee cares for children while intoxicated.
According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, they have never observed adult
parties taking place with adult beverages and have no concerns regarding the condition in which the licensee cares for children.
According to Staff (1) Staff (2), the allegation is not true children are cared for under safe conditions.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee allows a minor to care for day care children alone.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), a minor is supervising day care children alone.
According to Child 1 (C1), and Child 2 (C2), Child 5 (C5) and Child 9 (C9), licensee is always present in the home.
According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation they always observe the licensee present in the home during pick up and drop offs caring for the day care children.
