On 09/13/2023, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation(s). LPA was greeted by Miranda Bates, Assistant Director. LPA toured the CCC inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Clayton observed 31 infants, being supervised, and cared for by 11 staff.

During the investigation LPA Clayton visited the CCC unannounced on 06/28/2023 and again on 09/13/2023. During each of the unannounced visits LPA Clayton observed the infants being supervised and cared for appropriately, and under the visual supervision of a teacher at all times, ensuring the safety and well-being of children in care.
Based on LPAs inspections and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Assistant Director Miranda.A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
