32 | The licensee has completed preventive health and safety/Childhood Nutrition/ Lead Exposure Prevention and Mandated Reporter training ( completed on 07/02/21). The licensee has current pediatric CPR/First Aid training completed in March of 2023.
Licensee's home is a single story dwelling with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen/nook , living/dining room, laundry room, covered patio, and attached garage (accessible through laundry room) . The home was inspected inside and out for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service (cell phone operating at all times), heating and ventilation. Poisons, detergents/cleaning compounds, medication and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children are kept in the laundry room made inaccessible by a safety knob.
On limits: Bedroom adjacent to the patio and converted patio where the main care will be provided. Children will be provided with meals and snack in the bedroom. The bathroom in the bedroom was inspected (one operable toilet, sink and no immediate or potential hazards). The covered patio has been converted into a playroom. LPA inspected the covered patio. The patio has not been fully converted and applicant is fully aware that children may not eat or sleep in the patio. Children will eat and sleep in the bedroom.
Off Limits: Living/Dining room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, attached garage, laundry room, kitchen/nook.
LPA observed latches on all cabinets and drawers. Sharp items are kept in the latched drawer. Bedrooms all inspected and no immediate hazards observed. Laundry room (washer and dryer) with Laundry liquids and supplies are kept in a locked area.
