25 | On 08/17/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton met with applicants for an ANNOUNCED PRE-LICENSING INSPECTION. Present for the inspection was applicants Liliana Eleuteri and Milva Rinadelli. There were no children in care. The home was toured with the applicant for a health and safety inspection. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm. Applicant will provide breakfast, lunch and am/pm snacks.
This is a single family home which consists of the following: 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, living room, family room, kitchen, dining area, attached garage and fenced backyard (south and north side). The home is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The applicants have requested the OFF LIMIT AREAS are as follows: living room, bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, bathrooms 2 and 4, kitchen, attached garage, and the south side of the fenced backyard all of which will be inaccessible by child safety gates, closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision. The Applicants have requested the following rooms be ON LIMITS: family room (day care room) bathroom 1 and 3, and the north side of the fenced backyard. The ISOLATION AREA will be in the daycare room. Per applicant, children will nap on cots in the day care room. There are toys and learning materials present at the facility during today's inspection.
There is an in ground jacuzzi in the backyard, which is fully covered and non-operational. The cover is strong enough to completely support the weight of an adult as demonstrated by the applicant walking across the length of the covered jacuzzi. There are no gaps between the jacuzzi cover and the ground.
Per applicant, there are no firearms in the home. A copy of the Residential Lease was reviewed and shows control of property.
Any poisons, detergents/cleaning compounds, medication and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children are inaccessible.
