On 4/16/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted a complaint subsequent visit regarding the above-mentioned allegation to deliver the findings. Upon arrival, LPA met with Marissa Mabini, Director. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility and observed 26 children & 7 staff.

On 2/25/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted a complaint initial visit regarding the above-mentioned allegation. LPA met with Marissa Mabini, Director. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors, and observed 36 children in care.
On this date, LPA Carus conducted an interview with the Director, and 9 staff. Additionally, LPA requested a copy of the facility roster, staff roster, and reviewed files as well as transcripts pertinent to the investigation.

On 3/23/2026, and 4/10/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted additional interviews that included parents of children enrolled at the preschool.

Based on observations, interviews and evidence received during the investigation, the above allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided.
