On 06/11/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above mentioned home to ensure that home is meeting regulations. LPA arrived at facility at home at approximately 11:31 a.m. met with director/owner Asma Siddiqui.

During today’s visit LPA observed 16 children in care.

LPA Laureano inspected both the indoor and outdoor area of the facilities. LPA observed deficiencies initially cited on 3/21/2023 have been cleared. Letter of deficiency citations cleared was generated and provided to director.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with facility director Asma Siddiqui.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
