25 | On 2/27/2025 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Judy Laureano and Cristina Castellanos conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above-mentioned facility for the purpose of ensuring that standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes.
LPAs were greeted by Aurelie Lebet, Lead Teacher and current designee of responsibility individual.
At approximately 11:10 a.m. LPAs toured the facility and observed 21 children and 3 staff members outside in the outdoor yard. Staff S. Rose confirmed that 21 children were outside in the yard.
At approximately 11:20 a.m. owner and licensee, Angelika Getmanchouk, arrived at facility.
Facility has an outdoor waiver on file that was granted and signed on 08/30/2024 that allows no more than 19 children in the outdoor activity space at one time. Per LPA’s observation of 21 children in the outdoor activity space with 3 teachers. LPAs cited 1 type citation 101161 Limitations on Capacity.
LPAs Judy Laureano and Cristina Castellanos informed licensee that this report dated 2/27/2025 documents 1 Type A citation which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is/are immediate risk(s) to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Also, LPAs Judy Laureano and Cristina Castellanos informed the licensee Angelika Getmanchouk to provide a copy of this licensing report dated (2/27/2025) that documents any Type A citation to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. |
