On Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lisa Clayton conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and met with Greta Babaian, Licensee. LPA observed 13 children in the classroom, and 2 staff members providing care and supervision. Facility is operating within the proper capacity for a large family child care home.

LPA toured the facility for a health and safety inspection. During the visit, LPA inspected entire home. LPA observed cots being used for napping and blankets, and lunch being prepared for the children in care.

Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today. LPA did not observe any violations during today's visit. .

Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Greta Babaian. A copy of this report, and a Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
