25 | On 3/2/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted an unannounced annual random inspection. The LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry by Licensee who guided the LPA on a tour of the home. Upon entry to the facility LPA did not observe any children in care.
This is a one-story single-family with a detached garage. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two restrooms, back yard, detached garage and a shed in the back yard. Main care is provided in the living room and dinning room referred to as the child care area. Licensee provides children with cots and playpens for infants when children are napping. The off-limits areas are the three bedrooms(child safety knobs observed), detached garage(key locked), shed in the back yard(maintained key locked)and one restroom(master bedroom).
Licensee provides morning snack, breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner as needed.
The operational child care hours are Monday through Sunday varied depending on parent's need.
The home was inspected inside and out for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service, heating and ventilation, inaccessibility to poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children. Knives, medication cleaning supplies and chemicals are kept inaccessible to children. |
