On February 2, 2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Monique Ayala and Donna Maddox, conducted a Case Management inspection for the purpose of increasing the capacity from 120 preschool children to 132 preschool children. Upon arrival LPA's meet with director who guided LPA's on a tour of the facility. LPA's observed 105 children in care with 11 qualified staff members.

LPA's observed classrooms that have age appropriate equipment and toys. LPA's observed napping cots for each child that are labeled with each child's name and are cleaned daily. LPA's observed bathrooms that have age appropriate toilets and sinks.

Fire clearance has been granted and an updated license will issued to facility.

An exit interview was conducted a copy of this report along with Notice of Site Visit to director.
