On July 10, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ortega conducted a subsequent complaint inspection at Inspire Learning Center. LPA met with Lilit Khachatryan, Administer Assistant. Today 51 children were present and 11 staff providing care and supervision. The purpose this inspection is to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations. The investigation included observation of the facility, a review of facility records, other relevant reports, confidential interviews with staff, parents, and children.

On May 12, 2025, the Department received three allegations. It was alleged Staff yell at children,
Staff leave children unattended, and Staff handle children roughly.
On 5/13/2025, Los Angeles Police Department injury of investigation interviewed staff and children at the facility and it was concluded there were no disclosures to any of the allegations. LPA's interview, record review and observation did not have any disclosures regarding the allegations mentioned above.

Based on the information obtained there is not enough evidence regarding the allegations, Therefore these allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.
