25 | On 02/19/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA met with Licensee Patricia Zazueta and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 1 Child and 1 Caregiver during today's visit. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm.
This is a single story house containing: Living room, dining area, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, enclosed patio, attached garage and 2 bathrooms.
The day care takes place in the living room, dining area, kitchen, hall bathroom, enclosed patio and rear yard.
Per Licensee, there are 2 adults living in the home (Licensee and husband. All has criminal record clearance). The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working land line and cellular telephone. Fireplace is securely screened. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 06/22/26. Outdoor play areas are fenced. Licensee provides snacks, lunch and dinner to the children in care. Last disaster drill documented and conducted on 09/26/25.
