Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced required inspection on this date. LPA met with Director Pam Deem who provided a tour of the facility. The facility operates from Monday through Friday, 6:30 am through 6:00pm.

The school-age component is located in Classroom E on the same site as both the preschool #191597334 and infant #191501406 components. The school-age program shares the outdoor playspace with the preschool program, in which there is an approved waiver on file. LPA Lee observed 17 children and 2 staff.

The school-age classroom was inspected. LPAs observed drinking water in form of a water fountain and personal water bottles. There are 2 separate restrooms, each with one toilet and sink. Breakfast, lunch and snack menu was observed posted in the classroom. There are age appropriate equipment, furniture, and activity supplies for children. There is a carbon monoxide detector located in the kitchen and was found in operable condition.

The outdoor playground was inspected. The playground is shared with the preschool program on a staggered schedule so that there is no comingling. Fencing, flooring, cushioning material, and equipment were inspected. LPAs did not observe any hazards or violations. There is a water fountain outdoors and children have their own water bottles.
