Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), T. Tran conducted an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of inspecting the replacement of the playground structures. Upon arrival, LPA met center director, Mary Brammer and tour the outdoor area. LPA observed proper care and supervision.

LPA observed the playground structures with manufacture label for age appropriateness. Under high climbing equipment had cushioned with material that absorbs falls.

No deficiency was found during today’s visit. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Mary Brammer.
