25 | On October 24, 2024, at 1:45PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Jonnisha Culbert and Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced annual/random inspection at the facility noted above and met with Director Mary Brammer. LPA disclosed the purpose of today's inspection is to perform an annual/random inspection. LPAs provided Director with an entrance Checklist for Child Care Centers. Director guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. The operating hours are Monday through Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm. Present during today’s visit were Director, 8 staff, and thirty-one infants.
All areas licensed under license noted above were inspected and staff files were reviewed. Due to time constraints, LPAs will continue complete inspection at a later date. Deficiencies observed today will be cited on inspection completion date.

Director Mary Brammer was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
