25 | On December 9, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Maria Egoavil who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 6 children in care. Per licensee there are 11 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6AM to 6PM.
This is a single-story house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dinning area, kitchen, detached garage, fenced in front yard, fenced in rear yard and swimming pool/spa area . Area's accessible to children in care are the living room, dinning area, bedroom #3, bathroom and front yard. Per licensee, the children take walks to the park down the street for outdoor playtime with parent approval. All other areas are made in accessible by baby gates/ locked doors. LPA observed napping equipment for children in care in bedroom #3 (mats/playpens). Per licensee there are 3 dogs and 2 rabbits that are inaccessible to children in care.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch and snacks. LPA observed a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide and working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. LPA did not observe firearms at the time of inspection. Per licensee there are bodies of water on the premises.
