There is adequate shade in the outdoor play area. The play equipment was observed to be in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Outdoor activity space surface is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. Outdoor previously licensed for a capacity of 140, will still allow for the decrease of capacity of 72 preschool children. Class room #1, #2, and #3 has a door that leads directly to the outdoor play yard.

At this time, the facility was observed to be operating in compliance with California Title 22 Regulations. Based on facility file review and observations of the facility’s existing three licensed classrooms, toilets and sinks and the preschool outdoor play yard, the capacity for the preschool program will be decreased to the requested capacity of 72 (seventy two) preschool children.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with site Supervisor, Christine Garcia. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
