Case management inspection conducted by Licensing Program Analyst Jennifer Hua. LPA met with director Christine Garcia. The purpose of the visit was announced. The purpose of the visit is to follow up on the incident that was reported to the Department on 6/7/23. It was reported that on 6/5/23, a parent reported to the facility that a staff yelled at child and hit child on the hand.

Interviews were conducted with director, staff, and children.

Based on interviews conducted, no deficiency cited at this time

An exit interview conducted with director, Copy of report provided. Notice of Site visit form must be posted for 30 days in a prominent area.
