Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Thelma Razo conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) inspection to ensure that the deficiency cited during Case Management-Lead Exceedance on 9/14/23 was corrected. LPA met with Assistant Director Joyce Young and stated the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility with Ms. Young and observed drinking fountain in room #2 with lead exceedance was removed and capped. Facility is in compliance during the inspection and is being cleared of the deficiency.

Exit interview held with Ms. Young. Copy of Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared, notice of site visit and this report was provided.
