25 | On Friday December 19, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with licensee Chao Ran Jiang who guided LPA Perry on a tour of the facility. Also present during this inspection, is Licensee’s spouse. Family members residing in the home have been discussed with licensee and are cleared. LPA observed 0 children present. Per licensee, she only cares for one child as needed by the family. Operating hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and care for children ages 0 to 13 years old. This is a one-story home which consists of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, front room, living room, front yard and backyard (fenced). The children use one-bedroom, front room, living room, dining area, and bathroom. At this time, the child enrolled does not use outside. Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: one bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, front yard, and backyard. The licensee states that 2 adults and 0 minors currently live in the home. Persons who live in the home are identified on the attached LIC811. Licensee states that they currently do not have an assistant. All individuals present in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance or exemption prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed home. Per licensee, there are no weapons, firearms or bodies of water on the premises.
LPA Perry inspected the facility for safety, comfort, cleanliness, ventilation and working phone (cell phone). For ventilation, LPA Perry observed central AC and the vents located on the ceiling. LPA observed the furniture, children’s materials, to be in good condition and age appropriate. LPA did observe a fireplace that was observed to be barricaded per title 22 regulations. LPA observed 1 crib and observed it to be free from bumper pads, blankets, pillows and hanging items
LPA Perry observed cleaning compounds items, stored underneath the kitchen sink, and observed a childproof lock in place, making it inaccessible for children to open. LPA observed the knives and sharp objects stored inside the bottom kitchen sink cabinet with a child proof lock making it inaccessible for children to open. For water drinking, licensee stated she provides water. The licensee stated the facility provides all foods. LPA informed licensee that any food brought from the children's homes, the container shall be labeled with the child's name and properly stored or refrigerated. Licensee stated she currently does not have any children with severe food allergies nor on medication.
