25 | On March 24, 2026, at 12:30p.m., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap conducted an unannounced case management visit at the above facility. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of visit and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee- Yolanda Stowe. The purpose of today's visit was to follow up for the facility’s required visits. There are 5 children present and 14 children enrolled in program. There are 4 staff present. All staff have been background and fingerprint cleared.
The Licensee was on site at the time of the inspection.
Physical Plant: Indoor Space
LPA Dunlap observed Classroom 1- was equipped with age-appropriate furniture and learning materials. The classroom has a carpeted area, TV, library area, soft furnishings, cubby storage, dramatic play area, age-appropriate toys, manipulative items, and arts & crafts area. The children take a nap in this space. LPA observed equipment, and materials to be in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts.
LPA observed Classroom 2- which is not being used at this time; however, this room is being prepared for a future infant room. LPA observed equipment, and materials to be in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts.
LPA Dunlap observed two bathrooms in the preschool classroom to be in good and operable condition, equipped with one appropriate age sink, and one toilet in each bathroom.
