25 | On May 7, 2025, at 11:35a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Katrina Allen-Williams. There are 14 children enrolled, and 3 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Friday from 2:00am-6:00pm. All adults in the home were discussed and background and fingerprinted cleared. License, earthquake disaster checklist (LIC9148), and PUB 394 posted. The Licensee has a current disaster plan (LIC610A), LIC 9040 (facility roster), and a disaster drill log with last drill conducted on 3/25/25.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, a den, laundry room, attached garage, front yard and fenced backyard. The off limit areas include 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, garage, and front yard.
The living room area is the main care area. LPA Dunlap observed the area to have 2 highchairs, area rug, mounted TV, manipulative play, dramatic play, library area, science area, math area, music & movement area, soft furnishings, cubby storage with children names, changing station, playpen, age-appropriate toys and age-appropriate table and chairs. LPA observed all furnishings, equipment, and material to be in good condition.
LPA Dunlap observed the kitchen area is accessible to children. The cabinet where hazardous items are stored have safety latches making inaccessible to children in care. The knives are stored in a high cabinet making them inaccessible to children in care. Page 1 of 4 |
