25 | On 1/22/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual/random inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Guadalupe Gonzalez, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 22 children currently enrolled. There were 4 children and one assistant present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there are three assistants in the facility. All adults living in the home, as well as assistants have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry room, playroom, garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced and divided into 2 separate yards.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, laundry room, garage, and front yard. The children have access to the playroom, one bathroom, and the daycare portion of the backyard which is fenced.
