32 | Interviews stated that the facility is short staff in this class room and some of the children have transitioned to another class room with in the last couple of weeks and the capacity has gotten smaller, however some days the children do not always sleep and an additional staff member is needed during nap time.
Based on LPA observation, documents reviewed and received and Interviews conducted, the allegation of facility staff are operating out of ratio is determined to be substantiated at this time. California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division & Chapter) relating to this allegation has been cited on LIC 9099-D.
LPA Reyes informed licensee Director Aysegul Inceogl, that this report dated 02/23/2023 document(s) one (1) Type A citation(s) which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is/are immediate risk(s) to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Also, LPA Reyes informed the licensee Director Aysegul Inceogl to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 02/23/2023 that documents any Type A citation(s) to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification.

The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site inspection by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
