On 11/08/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susann Sanchez conducted an announced visit to Paramount United School District Administrative office located at 15110 S. California Ave. Paramount 90723. This is a continuation of an annual inspection conducted on 10/20/22. LPA met with Program Director Rita Cruz and HR Representative Ofelia Larrios and informed them of the purpose for the visit.

The purpose of today's visit was to review staff records for completeness. LPA reviewed staff files for three staff present during the visit on 10/20/22.

At 12:50pm LPA arrived at Gaines EEC 7340 E Jackson St. Paramount 90723 with Program Director Rita Cruz to finish reviewing children's files from 10/20/22 visit.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
Exit interview was conducted with Program Director Rita Cruz.
Appeal Right were given.
