| Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Roxana Lopez conducted an unannounced poc (plan of correction) inspection to insured that the Type A deficiency cited on 9/2/16/2022 and Type B deficiency cited on 8/2/2022 have been cleared. LPA met with Maria Ramirez, licensee who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 7 children present during this inspection.
Per Licensee, they provided corrections via email 9/5/2022- however LPA did not receive corrections. The following was observed:
- LPA obtained copies of declarations for Type A citation dated 9/3/2022
- LIC 624 acknowledgment form is on file
- LIC 995A is on file
LPA advised the licensee how to access froms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared deficiency on this date and POC clearance letter was issued during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
