Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seung Lee conducted an unannounced plan of correction inspection at the above facility on this date. Upon arrival, LPA met with Jacqueline Waingor Yu and Co-licensee Sik Yung. There were 5 children in care present on this date.

The purpose of the inspection was to verify the proof of correction completed by the facility. During the inspection LPA Lee observed that the fire extinguisher was serviced on 02/03/2025 per the service tag. During the inspection LPA Lee provided the Licensee with the POC letter.

The notice of site inspection must remain posted for a period of 30 days during hours of operation. Failure to maintain posting during business hours will result in civil penalty of $100.00 dollars.
