25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 1/17/24 and 7/24/24 have been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Office Administrator, Cynthia Alvarez, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Ms. Alvarez, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 22 children and 6 staff present during this inspection. The following was observed:
· Bubblers between infant room and library, and by Room 20 have been made inoperable
· LPA observed 15-minute sleep logs for infants in care
· LPA observed completed LIC 9227 forms for infants in care
· LPA observed immunizations for staff in files
· LPA received summary of meeting with staff regarding proper bottle feeding of infants
LPA advised the Ms. Alvarez how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to, Office Administrator, Cynthia Alvarez. LPA also issued POC clearance letters during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Office Administrator, Cynthia Alvarez.
