25 | On 03/28/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted prior to entering the facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Wendy Guan. LPA observed 2 Caregivers and 12 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM.
This is a two-story house. 1st floor contains a living room, family room, den, kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom and an attached garage. 2nd floor contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The day care takes place in the living room, family room, den, dining area, 1st floor bathroom and backyard.
Per Licensee, there are 4 adults living in the home (Licensee, husband and 2 adult children. All has criminal record clearance). The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working cellular telephones. Fireplace located in the family room is securely blocked with a television and television stand. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 06/03/25. Outdoor play areas are fenced. Napping equipment such as crib and cots was available. Barricades between day care areas and off limit areas was observed.
