25 | On March 26, 2025, at 12:30 pm Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Priscilla Ochoa conducted an unannounced annual inspection at the above facility. LPA was greeted by Licensee, Verjik Adamian who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Licensee’s spouse, son and assistant were also present during the inspection. Per licensee there are 5 children enrolled and LPA observed 5 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who obtain criminal record clearance. This is a single-story home that consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, den (main daycare area), dining area, kitchen, front yard and backyard (fenced).
Off limit areas include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area.
Areas accessible to children in care are half of the living room, den, 1/2 bathroom in living room area, and back yard (fenced)
At 12:45 pm, licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility. Per licensee, parents entire through the front door. Upon entrance through the front door, LPA observed all required licensing postings on the right side of the wall. LPA observed a child safety gate placed in between part of the living room area, making the a section of living room, all dining and kitchen area inaccessible to children in care. LPA observed several age-appropriate toys for children in care in the accessible half of the living room. Napping equipment in the form of mats and play pen were also observed in day care area. Bedding was observed to be clean, orderly, and stored properly. Per licensee, children take home bedding every Friday for washing purposes.
