25 | On July 29, 2025, at 9:30a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Annual Inspection. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Jose Castro. There are 14 children enrolled, and 5 children present at the time of inspection. The hours of operation are Monday- Sunday from 12:00a.m.-11:00p.m.
The License, Earthquake Disaster Checklist (LIC9148), Disaster Plan (LIC610A), and PUB 394 (Parent's Rights) were all observed to be posted. The Licensee maintains a current LIC 9040 (facility roster). The most recent disaster drill was conducted on April 3, 2025, and documented in the disaster drill log.
This is a two-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, garage, front yard and fenced backyard. The off limit areas include 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and front yard.
Living Room/Dining Room (Main Care Area): This area has tile floors with area rug, two couches, mounted TV, plush toys, two playpens, three highchairs, changing station, cubbies for children’s belongings, manipulative items, dramatic play items, language arts items, and age-appropriate toys, tables and chairs. The cots are stored in this area, and children nap here also. LPA Dunlap observed all furnishings, equipment, and materials were in good condition.
Garage (Second Main Care Area): This area has tile floors with area rug, mounted TV, plush toys, manipulative items, dramatic play items, language arts items, two couches, and age-appropriate toys, tables and chairs.
