Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted a Case Management - Incident inspection in regards to the unusual incident that happened on 2/25/2022 and was reported to Licensing on the same day. The Unusual Incident was reported within the required 24 business hours time frame per Title 22. LPA met with Director Harvindepal Vaghela and stated the purpose of the visit.

During today's inspection, LPA toured the center with Ms. Vaghela to include 3 preschool classrooms, music room and playground. LPA observed 98 children napping with 7 staff at the facility. LPA obtained pertinent documents today and interviewed 3 staff and 4 children.

There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Harvinderpal Vaghela.
