Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alicia Mooberry conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA met licensee, Francis Tomas, who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There was four children present including 1 infant. There were 2 additional adults present in the home. During this visit LPA interviewed children and made observations. This investigation was conducted by LPA Jeanette Estrada. During the investigation LPA Estrada conducted interviews with the Licensee and parents. Based on interviews the allegations listed above are unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. During interviews conducted there was no corroborative evidence for the allegations listed above. Parents stated they have not had issues with their children being provided meals while in care. Parents also stated that the Licensee communicates with them if there have been any incidents that have occurred. Additionally, no evidence of any incidents with Child 1 was provided by the parent. Per California Code of Regulation Title 22; No deficiencies will be cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee . |
