Child # 1 was interviewed and did not disclose any inappropriate interactions or bullying by other children.

LPA conducted interviews with staff # 1- 6. Regarding allegation # 1: Staff statements corroborated that children’s diapers are changed every 1.5 hours – 2 hours or as needed, diapers are changed before child goes home, if child is picked up before diaper they communicate with parents and change diaper if requested by parents. Additionally, staff corroborated that documentation for 2022 is not on file. Regarding allegation # 2: All staff corroborated that they have children that might need extra attention but do not have children that are constantly hurting other children. Regarding allegation # 3 Staff 1-6 corroborated that they have not witnessed any inappropriate interactions between children. Staff # 6 disclosed being informed that a parent had witness some interaction a few years back between children but was unaware if it was inappropriate. Regarding allegation # 4: Staff 1-6 corroborated that process to report incidents is writing up a report- depending on severity of incident parents will be called at that time- once child is picked up report is signed by parents or authorized representative and a copy is given to parents if it's requested and original stays in the facility.

LPA conducted interviews with parents. Parent’s statements corroborate that they do not have any concerns with the staff in the facility and or supervision, they have been informed and received incident reports when their child has been hurt and do not have concerns with diapering.

LPA conducted interviews with children. Children’s statements corroborated that they like their school and did not disclose being hurt by any children.

This agency has investigated the complaint alleging staff did not meet daycare child’s diapering needs which resulted in diaper rashes, staff did not prevent daycare child from being harmed and bullied by another child, Due to lack of supervision daycare children engaged in inappropriate interactions and staff did not provide the child’s authorized representative with an incident report Based upon the evidence as presented above, the allegation has been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore at this time the above allegations are unsubstantiated.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
