25 | On 9/10/24 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced annual inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Susana Alvarado, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 13 children currently enrolled. There were seven children, and two assistants present upon arrival. Licensee arrived at the facility at 8:51 am, after dropping children off at school. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 4 adults and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, day-care room, kitchen, laundry room, garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced and contains a shed.
Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, garage, and front yard. The children have access to daycare room, one bathroom, living room, and backyard which is fenced.
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected and the following was observed.
