Information from the complainant indicates that Staff #2 at the facility mishandled day-care child in a rough manner and that Staff #2 left a day-care child outside without supervision for a long period of time as a means of punishment. Per complainant, the facility does not adhere to teacher-child ratio for their component.

Director states that they have not witnessed any staff member handling a day-care child in a rough or inappropriate manner. Director has not had to speak to any staff member regarding how they discipline children at the facility.
