On 6/24/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabiola Vasquez conducted a 1 year required inspection in Spanish. LPA met with licensee, Socorro Tamayo who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Present were Licensee, S1, S2, C1, C2. At 3:00 PM an infant arrived. Residing in the home are 2 children and 3 adults.

Licensee provided a written declaration for a bedroom accessible to children, inside the room are bunk beds. Per licensee declaration states how she is providing supervision .

LPA will continue the inspection on another day due to time.
