25 | About 8:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) T. Tran arrived at the above facility to conduct a required inspection. At 8:50AM, LPA met with licensees, Wilhelmina Aloc and Josefa Aloc and toured the home. LPA observed six children in care, no concerns with the level of care and supervision at this time.
The hours of operation are 6:30AM-6:00PM Monday through Friday. LPA observed all posting requirements located in the day care area accessible to all parents. Licensees had current CPR/First Aid certificates (Exp.3/2024), fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and smoke detector meet regulations.
This is a two story dwelling consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, den, and an attached garage. Child care mainly conducted in a den and children have access to the restroom next to a den. LPA observed a safety gate in the den area to ensure day care children do not have access to the second floor. The rest of the areas in the home are off-limits to children. Licensee acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Per licensee, children play in the backyard. LPA observed to be fenced in, safe and clean. Licensee is reminded that smoking is prohibited on the premises during hours of operation. Cleaning materials and medications are inaccessible, there is a working telephone. Licensee stated there are no firearms in the home. The home conducted emergency disaster drill once very three month. LPA reviewed children's record to be complete and orderly.
