25 | On May 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monique Ayala and Diana Ortiz conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Liliana Botello who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. LPAs observed 2 children in care. Per licensee there are 5 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
This is a single-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, family room, dinning room, kitchen, backyard, and an attached garage. Area's accessible to children in care are the family room, dining room, living room, bathroom #1 and backyard. All other areas are made inaccessible by locked doors. LPAs observed fire place to be in compliance with Title 22 Regulations. LPAs observed napping equipment for children in care in family room (cots). Per licensee there are no pets in home.
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, and lunch. LPAs observed a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide and working telephone. LPAs observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 2/22/27.
LPAs reviewed children files; files were found to be complete. LPAs reviewed staff files; files were found to be complete. Children and staff names were documented on LIC811 (confidential page).
