On 1/7/2026 Licensng Program Analysts (LPA's) Monica Ruiz and Joanne Solorio-Campos made an unannounced complaint investigation to the above facility for the purpose of delivering complaint findings. LPA's arrived and were met by Director Kobi Gonzalez, who guided LPA's on a tour of the facility. During this inspection census was obtained, 39 children and 6 staff present.

The allegations state, "Staff did not ensure light in bathroom was working properly", "Due to lack of supervision, children eloped", "Staff didn't change child's pull up timely", "Staff served expired snacks to children", and "Due to lack of staff, children were denied access to the bathroom". Throughout the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with Director, parents, staff, children and reporting party. LPA's also reviewed and obtained pertinent documents which included children's roster, files, parent handbook, menus, and personnel roster.

The Reporting Party(RP) disclosed that they observed the allegations stated above throughout various days.
Per Director's interview, she reviewed the facilities' policies and protocols and described the roles of staff when helping children in pertaining to the above allegations. No disclosures were made to corroborate the above allegations.

During Staff Interviews, no disclosures were made to corroborate the information stated by the RP and Staff did not have any concerns. During Parent interviews all three parents expressed that they were happy with the child care the facility provides and did not have any concerns. LPA Ruiz attempted to interview Child 1, but the child declined to be interviewed. During other children interviews, no disclosures were made pertaining to the allegations stated above and all 4 children stated they liked coming here.

LPAs made multiple visits to the facility and observed children eating lunch and provided with utensils. LPAs observed the kitchen and food prep area as well as the pantry and all food was stored and labeled properly. to be all restroom lights to be in working condition. LPAs observed one gate in the preschool play yard that is not locked due to it being part of their fire escape route. LPAs observed children freely accessing the restroom while in the classroom. LPAs also observed staff ask Director to send send assistance for a child on the playground that needed to use the restroom and observed an assistant come to take child to the restroom less than a minute later.

Based on observations, interviews, and records reviewed the allegations stated above are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Kobi Gonzalez.
