Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type A deficiency cited on 10/13/23 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Director, Maribeth Peralta, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Director, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 80 children and 8 staff present during this inspection. The following was observed:

· LPA received a supervision plan from Director regarding new procedures for Main Gate drop-off and pick-up of children, as well as procedures for playground/recess supervision and Long Room supervision


· LPA also observed LIC 9224s signed for all 80 children present on 10/19/23

LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.

LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Director, Maribeth Peralta. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.

At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Maribeth Peralta.
