32 | Reviewed file for child #1, obtained a copy of the facility roster, parent handbook/ discipline policy, personnel report, daily schedule of the classroom, attendance record for child #1 for the month of December 2025, report/observations for child #1, and other information gathered by the complainant pertaining to the allegations.
Based on information gathered and interviews conducted there were no disclosures made to corroborate with the alleged allegations. During interviews conducted with Staff #1, Staff #2 and Staff #3 they stated supervision is provided at all times and a variety of options are provided for children that do not want to nap: they are given a book to read, a soft toy or coloring sheet. Parents interviewed stated to be satisfied with the care and supervision provided.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The evidence to prove something happened is equal to and has just as much convincing weight that it did not happen therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Appeal Rights provided.
