25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mireya Garcia conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to ensure that the Type A and Type B deficiencies cited on 06/08/2021 have been cleared. LPA met with Administrator, Suk Seto who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Due to COVID- 19 precautionary measures were taken, licensing staff present during inspection wore appropriate personal protective equipment. There were 36 children present during this inspection. The following has been observed:
· LPA observed the replacement of medication for child #3 and conducted records review and observed handwritten parent notes of Child #1 & Child #2 indicating that child no longer requires medication. LPAs observed the required signed LIC 9224's in the children's files.
· LPA observed during records review proof of immunization on Staff #1, Staff #2, Staff #3 and Staff #4 files.
· LPA observed during records review certificate of attendance for Child Care Center Record Keeping Orientation for Administrator dated 06/12/21 and Manager dated for 06/18/2021.
After a tour of the facility LPA observed all corrections cited on 06/08/21 have been made in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22.
LPA cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Suk Seto, Administrator. LPA issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
