25 | On January 21, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Maria Aldana who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 6 children in care. Per licensee there are 9 children enrolled. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 6AM to 5AM. Inspection was conducted in Spanish.
This is a single-story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen fenced in front and rear yard and car port. Area's accessible to children in care are the living room, dinning room, kitchen, bedroom #1, bathroom #1 and front yard. All other areas are made in accessible by baby gates/ locked doors. LPA observed napping equipment for children in care in the living room; cribs and small mattresses. Per licensee there is fish tank in the dinning room (LPA observed).
The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. LPA did not observe a functioning Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide as children were napping. LPA observed a working telephone. LPA observed fire extinguisher to be fully charged and serviced.
There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the licensee, there are no firearms on the premises. Per licensee there are no bodies of water on the premises. LPA did not observe firearms or bodies of water at the time of inspection. Licensees First Aid and CPR expires on 02/08/27.
